CANCELLATION 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if a written cancellation is received at the registration office before Sept. 1st 50% till Sept. 15th No refund after September 15th and "no shows". PAYMENT Payment is due by the date of the conference. If we have not received payment by September 27th 2000, you will be asked to provide a credit card onsite that will be held until October 28th 2000. If payment is not received by that date, the credit card will be processed.
